What this covers

This statement covers this website and its contact form. Mission data in the Response Vision software is held on the operating agency's own equipment and is governed by that agency's policies.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, your area of interest and your message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration or trial. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent your details.

Where it goes

The form sends your message to our business email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the form on its network, possibly outside Australia, to deliver it. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by using the contact form. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
